Testing Plan

What is it?

A template to plan out the specific assumptions and unknowns you will be testing in your pilot.  It can also help to keep focus on the most important elements that need to be validated in the pilot. 

When to use it?

Use this template when you are beginning to plan your pilot. Refer to the testing plan throughout the pilot to ensure you are collecting all of the proof points you need to build a case for further investment should the pilot succeed.
