What is it

A visual representation of a customer’s experience with a product or service (e.g. how they hear about the idea, what happens after they sign up…).


When to use it

As you move into the Activate stage it may be helpful to begin imagining (and testing) the whole journey your target audience will go on. How will they hear about your idea? What will happen after they sign up? These could all be important elements of your idea to test.
