These are the key or golden questions you should find answers to in this stage of innovation, before you progress to the next stage
- What assets and capabilities could we use to enhance the idea / it’s delivery?
- How do we as an org deliver this? (Who do we need to involve?)
- What feedback does the organisation have on the solutions?
- What income / impact could it deliver?
- Should we progress to pilot / invest in this?
- Do people want it?
- What feedback does the audience have on the solutions?
- Which solution has proven to be most desirable?
- Have you defined the most desirable core features?
- What is the business / funding model?
- What is the potential for scale?
- How could this become sustainable?
- Does this fit with our approved appetite for risk?
